Your personal information will be given the highest level of security in any transaction on the Application or website. Accordingly, any information you provide, or that the Company receives from you during your use of, or any activity relating to, this Application or website, will be used as set out in this Policy. The Company will apply strict security standards and will prevent any unlawful use of that information.
You represent and warrant that any information, including personal data, provided to the Company is accurate, current, complete and not misleading, and that you will notify the Company of any change to the information provided. The Company reserves the right to grant benefits, revoke membership status, or claim damages if it finds that such information does not correspond to the facts.

2Information collected
The information the Company collects depends on the type of service you request, and may include:
2.1 Name, date of birth, nationality, photograph, signature and identification information.
2.2 Telephone number, email, address and your chosen language.
2.3 Passport, certificate of identity, visa, immigration and travel information.
2.4 Work permit, employment, employer and MOU worker import information.
2.5 Information about spouses, children, family members or dependants.
2.6 Documents uploaded in order to request a service.
2.7 Payment information, invoices, receipts and transaction records.
2.8 Messages, service instructions, case status and customer service history.
2.9 Technical information such as device type, IP address, login history and application usage.
Certain services may require sensitive personal data, such as medical certificates, health information, disability information, biometric data or criminal record information. We will process such data only where it is necessary and permitted by law.
3How information is collected

4.6 Process payments and issue invoices, receipts and refunds.
4.7 Notify you of case status and alert you to document expiry dates.
4.8 Prevent fraud, misuse of services and unauthorised access.
4.9 Improve our application and services.
4.10 Comply with immigration, employment, accounting, tax and other applicable laws.
4.11 Establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
The Company will process data on the lawful basis appropriate to each type of activity, such as performance of the service contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent.
The Company will send marketing messages only where you have given consent or where permitted by law. Marketing consent is optional.
5Information the Company requires
Certain information and documents are necessary for the provision of services or are required by government agencies. If you do not provide the required information, LABORWORK may be unable to:
5.1 Open or continue processing your case.
5.2 Verify your identity or eligibility.
5.3 Prepare or file an application.
5.4 Process payments or refunds.
5.5 Complete the service you have requested.
6Disclosure and international transfers
The Company may disclose necessary personal data to:
6.1 Thai government agencies.
6.2 Embassies, consulates, and passport or certificate of identity issuing centres.
6.3 Your current or new employer.
6.4 LABORWORK's agents, authorised representatives and branches.
6.5 Hospitals and medical facilities providing health examinations.
6.6 Recruitment, translation, delivery and document management partners.
6.7 Cloud, IT, communications and payment service providers.
6.8 Accountants, auditors, lawyers and professional advisers.
6.9 Courts, regulators or law enforcement agencies, where required by law.
The Company will disclose only the information reasonably necessary for that purpose. LABORWORK will not sell, offer to sell, give, solicit, offer to give, or undertake to give your personal data for any benefit whatsoever.
Some service providers or authorities may be located outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred abroad, LABORWORK will apply appropriate safeguards or rely on an appropriate lawful basis as required by law.
7Storage, retention and security
LABORWORK stores personal data securely and retains it only for as long as necessary for the provision of services and compliance with the law. In general, the Company may retain data as follows:
7.1 Account and case data — no more than 5 years after the service is completed or the account is closed.
7.2 Accounting, payment and tax data — no more than 7 years.
7.3 Technical and security logs — no more than 1 year.
7.4 Marketing data — until you withdraw consent or the data is no longer necessary.
Data may be retained for longer where necessary for ongoing cases, complaints, audits, investigations, legal proceedings or government requirements.
The Company will apply appropriate security measures, which may include access controls, identity verification, data encryption, activity logs, secure backups, staff confidentiality obligations and cybersecurity measures. In the event of a personal data breach, LABORWORK will investigate the incident and notify affected persons or the relevant authorities as required by law.
8Dependants
LABORWORK may process the data of dependants when providing services relating to family, guardianship, education, passports, immigration or related matters. Where the law requires the consent or permission of a father, mother, or guardian, or legal representative, the Company will obtain consent or permission from the parent, guardian or legal representative.
9Rights of data subjects
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may have the right to request to:

9.3 Withdraw consent.
9.4 Object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.

10Changes to this Policy
LABORWORK may update this Privacy Policy when services, application functions or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on LABORWORK's application or website, stating the effective date and version number.

11.1 Under these terms and conditions, you agree to keep strictly confidential at all times the contents and the transactions governed by these terms and conditions, including all information received from or delivered to you in accordance with the transaction methods specified in, or connected with, these terms and conditions, and not to disclose them to any person.
11.2 Disclosure of personal data is subject to these terms and conditions, and you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in the following cases.
11.3 Disclosure to your advisers, employees or officers involved in any activity under these terms and conditions, or where such persons need to know the information under these terms and conditions. The disclosing party must ensure that such persons agree to keep the information confidential on the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
11.4 Disclosure required by law, or in order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements with which you must comply.
11.5 Disclosure to a government agency or organisation of any country or state, provided that it is in accordance with the customary practice of disclosing such information.
11.6 Disclosure of information after it has become public information.
11.7 This clause shall continue in force notwithstanding the termination or expiry of these terms and conditions.
12Governing law and dispute resolution
12.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Thai law.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions that cannot be settled by agreement shall be submitted to the court of the Company's domicile or the court where the cause of action arose.
13Assignment
You may not assign your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, to any other person without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may assign any rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to another person, in whole or in part, and you agree to provide all necessary assistance and support, including completing all necessary documentation, when requested by the Company.
14Notices
Any notice under these terms and conditions shall be deemed a lawful notice duly received by the other party where a party has made it in writing and sent it by registered post to the address of the other party as specified herein, or where a party has sent the notice by electronic mail or by any information technology medium through which the parties are able to communicate with each other.
15Acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy
