• CI or passport bio-data page and visa page, if available

EMPLOYER DOCUMENTS

• Signed copies of the employer's national ID card and house registration
• Company registration documents with company stamp and authorized signature, for companies
• Commercial registration certificate with stamp and signature, for shops or stalls
• Power of Attorney signed by the employer, authorising Laborwork to submit the employee's work permit documents and to sign the related documents on the employer's behalf.

We are currently implementing a direct QR payment system. Until QR payment becomes available, payments must be transferred to Laborwork's official company bank account.

The bank account details will be displayed after you submit your service request. Please upload your transfer slip so that we can verify your payment.

You may choose to pay the full amount in a single transaction or follow the two-stage payment schedule outlined below.

Customers who do not have a bank account or are unable to pay by bank transfer may visit our office and pay in cash. An official payment receipt will be issued for every cash payment.

Payment Schedule — Total ฿5,500

1. First Payment: ฿3,000
   Pay when submitting your service request to Laborwork.
2. Second Payment: ฿2,500
   Pay after receiving the ฿100 application-fee payment receipt together with the BT.50 document.

Total amount payable: ฿5,500

The stated amount of ฿5,500 is the base price. If additional charges apply to your case, Laborwork staff will explain them, adjust the payment schedule, and obtain your confirmation before proceeding. Each stage of processing will begin only after the corresponding payment has been verified.
